For more than 20 years, Sandlin Gaither has created honest, personality-driven portraits for clients throughout the Southeast. His relaxed approach and genuine connection with people put even the most camera-shy subjects at ease, resulting in photographs that feel natural, authentic, and unmistakably them.
All projects include a relaxed, guided portrait session, wardrobe and styling consultation, professional editing and digital gallery delivery. Prints, portfolio boxes, albums, and framing options are available as add-ons for every session.

Brand sessions are designed for busy professionals and creatives who need high-quality visual branding. Each session includes a curated set of 15 professionally edited, high-resolution digital files for personal and professional use, printing, and sharing.
Portrait Session

My signature portrait session is ideal for clients of all ages—from professionals and creatives to children, seniors, and those seeking modern beauty or lifestyle portraits.
Portrait sessions produce a curated set of 40-50 edited, high-resolution digital files for personal and professional use, printing, and sharing, all presented beautifully in a private slideshow gallery. Optional archival-quality prints and framing are available through my professional printing lab.
Archival Session
$2,800
- up to 4 hour session

- 8x8 linen album or
- hardshell folio box containing 12 matted prints
My half day session can include various locations, multiple wardrobe options and produces a curated set of 60 + professionally edited, high-resolution digital files for personal and commercial use and printing, presented beautifully in your own slideshow gallery, a curated 8x8 linen album, and a hardshell folio box containing a dozen 8x10 archival matted prints of your choosing. A print store is also available, allowing optional archival-quality prints and framing through my professional printing lab.
All sessions include a variety of guided poses, candid captures, wardrobe options, and lighting arrangements to produce a comprehensive selection of edited, high-quality images for personal, promotional and commercial use.

I'm Sandlin Gaither, an Asheville-based photographer with over 20 years behind the lens. I've photographed thousands of musicians, entertainers, and private clientele and my images have appeared in dozens of publications, album covers, book covers, juried shows and on The Grammy Awards.
I enjoy traveling throughout the southeast and beyond photographing portrait work for clients as well as anything that catches my eye along the way!
